We have seen such an improvement in our daughter’s social skills and she is always talking about her friends at Trinket box, her numeracy has always been good but now she is counting backwards and says Steven had been counting with her. She has loved having Steven as her mentor and talks about him a lot. We would like to thank you all for how you work and how lovely Trinket Box is and how you instilled trust.
Can not say enough great things about Trinket Box and all the staff. You can tell that everyone really cares and just want the children to be happy. Thank you for taking such good care of Ella-Rae and we wish she could stay another year.

We are very sad to have our last child leave Trinket box. This provision has given Georgina the opportunity to learn in an environment with a larger group of children (compared to her other provision) and allowed her to work on her social skills as well as her academic. The forest school is amazing and allowed her to learn skills that we would not teach her at home. I believe Georgina will leave Trinket prepared for school life.

Our daughter arrived at trinket box from being at home with us in the pandemic and the nursery transition was something we felt so nervous about. Previously she had not settled at another nursery. However as soon as she arrived at trinket box her confidence grew and for me as a parent, the staff have always been so open friendly and supportive. She found it difficult to settle when leaving her and the staff at trinket box couldn’t do enough to help with her. She has struggled with other things throughout the year and again, the staff especially her key person could not do enough to help her through. Trinket Box is an outstanding setting for your little ones. Our eldest two boys have been through the setting and I firmly believe this has helped set them up perfectly for school.

Annabel and the team work wonders and always ensure that there are exciting activities to engage and enthral the children. The communication is excellent between the setting and parents and the building itself is perfectly set up for small children.

We are so happy to have found them and look forward to sending our youngest there when he is old enough.

Since our daughter’s time at Trinket Box began we have noticed a real change in almost all of her development. She is now confident at getting herself dressed and putting her shoes on independently every morning, she sits nicely at every meal time and she has grown hugely in confidence sociably; she now can hold her own when meeting new children and even on occasion, adults, where she used to hide and want to be cuddled.
Above all, she has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the setting; she has gone from a nervous a shy little girl to someone who runs and plays outside with all the other children whilst waiting in line and then trots into pre-school without even a backwards glance. The wonderful opportunities the Trinket Box have afforded our daughter have been instrumental in encouraging her to engage and enjoy new experiences, learning new skills and thriving in such a nurturing and fun environment. Her key person, Joanna, was patient in allowing our daughter to slowly engage with other children and activities and encouraged her to try whatever she was comfortable with whilst making herself available should our daughter need reassurance. We will forever remember her time with you with fondness and a great deal of gratitude; having experienced other settings before yours we can confidently say that you have offered the very best of care for our daughter and we can say assuredly that she will have the very best start at ‘Big School’ thanks to you all.

This is our second time with Trinket Box and once again they did not disappoint. They really are a nursery that go above and beyond, from exciting visits for the children and multiple photo shoots to treasure forever!

My daughter has had a fantastic year there and she is really going to miss it.

The staff are always so kind and really caring towards everyone.

A special shout out to Ross who has been such an awesome key worker to both of my children, we will miss him lots and will definitely be back to say hello!
