Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Early Year Educators to join our awesome team!
The role will be part of our bank of staff available to cover staff sickness, courses and other times where the setting is busy and we need an extra pair of hands!

The ideal candidate should ideally hold a recognised qualification at level 2 or above in Early Years/childcare or be working towards this.

The successful candidate must:

• Be able to relate well to children and adults including other professionals/parents/carers
• Have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel welcome and special and be attentive to their needs
• Be able to work as part of a well-established team who enjoy having fun
• Have a good knowledge of the EYFS and be able to interact with children and support their learning and development in all areas
• Be able to demonstrate and promote good practice in line with the ethos of the pre-school, both indoors and
  outdoors
• Have bags of initiative and be able to think outside the box, bringing unique qualities to the setting
• Not be afraid to make a complete fool of yourself on a daily basis if required!
• Be able to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
• Have good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Be prepared to attend a ‘hands on’ interview
